My sister and I ordered food via their website. I got the confirmation email around 2:54pm. As a customer who patronize their delivery service, I know that the standard time for delivery is 45 mins to an hour. By 3:30pm, i called jollibee again to ask the status of the delivery. The guy i talked to said the rider checked out at 3:18pm and asked me to patiently wait for the food. And so we did. However, it's already 4:09pm (more than an hour after we placed the order and almost an hour the rider checked out) and the food's not yet delivered. After complaining and calling a number of times, all the staff were saying is "Nakaalis na po yung magdedeliver ma'am". The delivery guy arrived at 4:32pm, 1 hour and 38 mins after jollibee has confirmed my order. Hate to say this, but i think i'll no longer be a jollibee fan.
