Complaint / review text:
I ordered thru Jollibee online delivery last night. My order was verified and confirmed at 7:28 pm and I should expect their delivery after 30 mins as per their e-mail. After 40 mins I called 87000 to follow it up. Well, they told me sorry maybe there was a traffic, so I did. After an hour, my order still hasn't arrived yet so I again called to follow it up again, I told customer service to please call me back to inform me what time the delivery crew left the store. There was no call back from the customer service. Another half hour passed, still no delivery, and again called customer service... I asked what time the delivery crew left their store. CSR said that upon checking the delivery crew left at 7:45pm, and it's already 9pm. So I told the CSR that I won't be accepting that order anymore if ever it still arrives because the food, I assume is already cold and wasted because 1 hour already passed. I also called the Jollibee Customer Care to complain and told them that I won't be accepting my orders anymore and we will just go out and eat elsewhere instead. The Jollibee Customer Care representative told me that he will call the branch concerned and I should expect a call from them... Well, I was not surprised anymore when no one called from the branch concerned (Jollibee Makati Cinema Square).
