Complaint / review text:
I went for dinner today (19/02/15) as I always do with my family. Firstly, it was empty however after being offered we were attended after 5 min. I complained & another manager apologized. After having a meal, I realised that I don't have loose cash for parking, I then requested change of R100 only to be told by the cashier that she has banked. I called the manager Ayanda & he told what should the cashier do if she has banked. I explained that is not that I'm passingby but I just had a meal, he told that there's nothing he can do. I then decided to buy ice~ cream, only when the cashier was trying to serve he started to be rude to me saying what point am I trying to prove. We argued until another waiter gave me a change. Ayanda should not
work with people because of his arrogance together with that cashier (lady).
