Complaint / review text:
I went to spur as courtesy of the area manager Andrew Saturday evening thinking ok I will give spur another chance and then the Friday i discovered that the last time i was at that spur the waiter did not swipe my spur card at all meaning i did not accumulate any points, the managers promised me that they will add that evenings bill and the previous bill 2 weeks prior to that and it should show within 72hours and guess what 72hours and a extra 24hours i have no swipes from Coyote spur and i was there the 8th February 2015 and 21st February 2015.
Once again I feel let down by Spur Steak Ranches. I thought everything will be in order yet it is not at all.
Disappointed customer, I don't even know if I want Goodwill i just lost all faith in Spur.
Can you please ask the operator manager of the store to get this sorted out and call me and i am frustrated.
