I am at a loss for words as to where I should start. I have on numerous occasions had terrible service at the KFC in Long Road, and at Goldfields Mall, something drastically has to change here! Firstly, more often than not, there is either NO ice cream available, or the machine is broken! I cannot see how an ice cream machine can break so many times, MAYBE IT'S TIME FOR A NEW ONE! I am so afraid to enter the drive through and order an ice cream, because there is no sign notifying the customer of this, which results me being stuck in the drive through for sometimes 10 - 15 minutes before I can get out. Get a stock controller who know's what they are doing to make sure there is stock available at all times! Secondly, Drive through queues take way to long, and are NOT convenient at all, its quicker to order your food inside, which defeats the purpose of a "drive through" does it not? Thirdly, Staff are unfriendly, and not helpful, and when an order is taken incorrectly, they do not even admit the fault nor do they apologize. The incompetence at these two stores are at a whole new level and customers have had it! Its time to do something kfc
