Complaint / review text:
Yesterday we had a section meeting in our office. I called the Jollibee Hotline for food delivery. We placed our order at around 12:30 in the afternoon. The delivery time will only takes 30 to 45 minutes because Jollibee Sta Quiteria is so near. At around 1:29 PM, I called our Receptionist to check if the Jollibee Delivery Boy is at the lobby, but no Motorcycle of Jollibee was seen. At around 1:35 PM I called the Jollibee Hotline to follow up our order. I asked the Customer Service for the exact time of our call to them. He said that we ordered at 12:25 PM. He informed us that he will be doing a complaint to the store and just wait for the Manager's Call. But no one called us yesterday. Finally, the Jollibee Delivery Boy arrived at 1:50 PM. And I saw the receipt time of order is at 1:15 PM. I demand an explanations for this.
