Complaint / review text:
My children and I went here for lunch. We ordered a 12 pack of cinnabons to split for dessert.
When we got to the table, my daughter accidentally knocked the whole cup on the floor. After cleaning up the mess, I went to the counter and told the cashier What happened and if she could replace them for us. I was immediately told No, we don't do at here unless it was our fault. This is not a very good practice. I can Tell u a number of establishment that would have replaced that order immediately, chick-fil-A being the most recent when I dropped a yogurt parfait, I didn't even have to ask, the cashier just got me a new one.
Well needless to say, my family and I won't be back to taco bell, which is a shame because we ate there a lot (love the nacho cheese Doritos tacos) Several of my friends at the hospital i work at and my husband's friends on the base he works at in the army won't be eating here either. Shouldn't take long for my teenaged children to put our experience on Facebook so their friends will know. Chick-fil-A would never have done this.
