Complaint / review text:
So I purchase a groupon for a restaurant. I pack up the family and drive to the restaurant at 6:30pm on a Wednesday.
And the restaurant has a sign on the door stating it's CLOSED. I contact groupon the next day and they tell me to let them know the date and time, which I had already put in my email.
And I still haven't heard anything back.
And to top it off, they are still selling the groupon, so i decided to call the restaurant and every time i do there is a recording. I want my money back.
