Complaint / review text:
I been a loyal customer for the golden corral in fort myers since the grand opening. They made a great first impression, which lasted for a few years.
My family and I visited the golden corral atleast 3 to 4 times a month. I'm not a picky eater, so I enjoyed trying a little bit of everything, especially the steaks.
The past few visits have disappointed us, it seems as so the cooks do not take pride providing customers with well prepared food. Or could it be that they can't keep up with the fast flow of customers so they focus on speed rather than quality? I've complained to the managers hoping for a turn around but based on my last visit on Sunday, April 7th it just seems to be getting worse.
I would give it several months before I visit the corral and try them again.
