Complaint / review text:
I purchased a 1/4 chicken and pap combo, at home that evening when I opened the package I found that there was no chicken there. I returned to the store the next afternoon after work explaining my problem to the cashier that served me. She accepted that they did not put the chicken in. She said she will have to consult the manager a guy called Vicky. He returned and without any apologies said the company policy didn't allow them to keep food overnight. He was rude, improper and would not even accept any remorse that his staff had made a mistake. Totally pathetic service.
