Shocking Customer Service by management

I am 7 months pregnant and have for 90% of my pregnancy ordered the same 301 Green Thai Curry with Chicken and a peach ice tea DAILY. Today my order was collected by one of my ladies for me and the rice was rock hard, I could have broken a tooth on it. The curry was also spilled everywhere in the box. No care nor quality control was done on this dish. I called immediately and advised Craig the manager of this asking if he could send someone across to our office to collect the dish and replace it as the said staff memeber of ours had to retrun to work. He refused, blaming lack of staff on his ability to send someone to exchange the dish. I sent our staff member who returned with a dish with rice yet again like rubbery pieces of rock hard plastic. This after Craig personally confirmed he would check it was in order before dispatch. On a second call to him and pleading he send someone with a fresh dish of rice that I could finally eat my lunch. He point blankley refused, no apologies, no offer to rectify the situation. His excuse a full shop (my staff member confirmed the shop was not full).
