Cannot believe the response from the manager on duty at barcelos.
After purchasing a meal (6 wings). My meal arrived and i was shocked to see my R36 bucks got me 6 tiny wings, that didn't look appealing. Even though i was shocked at the quantity i decided i was gonna try these wings. I broke into the first teenie tiny wing to find the meat was badly discoloured, aside from looking funny they tasted weird, i dont think it was spoilt, but it definitely was not kosher enough to eat. I broke the 2nd wing, it was same as the 1st. I spoke with the manager and asked if he could refund me as i did not consume any of the wings and i was not prepared to pay for bad wings which i haven't eaten, nor was i going to eat. His response was that the wings come from his supplier, i explained i understood that and tried to show him what the wings looked like, i even said i ate a piece and it didnt taste like it was up to standard. He then said to me, that no one else has a problem with their wings. Went on to say, that if i didn't like their food i shouldn't complain, i should just not eat there anymore. How rude, nice way to bring people back to barcelos. Not a way to handle an unhappy customer!
