I was at KFC to purchase breakfast. They made a mistake on my order, so when they repeated the order on the receiving end when I collected my food from the drive through, they asked if I would just wait for them to rectify it. Abel asked me to wait in the parking area as this is a drive through, I said that I cannot see why I should wait in the parking area as there are no customers in the line and the previous time they asked me to wait for my order, they completely forgot about my order, and I had to go into KFC to collect my order. I waited more than 20 minutes.
Abel said "is that your reason"? I said yes and that if they will not take long as promised I cannot see why I should go to a parking. He was very rude and unprofessional, the manager was present and did not see anything wrong with his attitude or him walking away while I am talking to him.
I have had nothing but poor service from this KFC, they are also not wearing to proper clothing or gloves as indicated by the department of Health. We also had problems of receiving different food than the ones we paid for and ordered. They just deny that and it stays your problem.
