Review about Staff from Sicklerville, New Jersey

Complaint / review text:
I am a loyal customer of Speedway and a previous proud employee of the Speedway company. During my 5 year career with Speedway I was taught about customer service and cleanliness of our store.

I as an employee did my best to make Speedways brand an A. The store at 936 W County Line Indianapolis IN i believe #6144 needs to learn their professionalism, customer service, cleanliness and promoting their store brand. The parking lot is always filled with trash (alot of trash) and cig butts. The music they play is way too loud where the customer abd csr has to shout over the music to be heard.

There is never any cups stocked and coffee pots always empty. Employees will make you wait at register while they finish their smoke. Sandwhiches in deli case are expired roller grill never stocked along with cooler. I go in today at 9pm and there was no coffee and Desiree the csr her boyfriend is always there making guests feel unconfortable.

Other employees dont give you the welcome feeling. No hi how are you they make you feel like we are a bother.

I dont want a gift return i would like to see this store improve their customer service and cleanliness and be able to get a coffee and not have to wait. Thank you for your time.
