Complaint / review text:
I worked for this company. I call it a company because it really isn't a law firm. They now also go under a different name. (Creditrepair.com) Good luck to you if you want to speak to an attorney. They have a handful of attorneys that don't do a darn thing. Here is how it works. You pay $12.99 for obtaining the Trans-Union report. They get the reports from web (which you can do on your own). Go to annualcreditreport.com and you can get the Experian report for free. You can get your Equifax report directly from them. They send out letters through an automated system. The employees do not even get to see those letters. You pay $99.95 a month which they charge in arrears. Most clients do not understand that process. Here is the thing... They do remove items and I have seen some clients credit cleaned up, but you better think again if you think it will be done in a month or two.

Here is what is happening behind the scene. Just one example. One of the top supervisors was sleeping around with the employees and promoting them. He got demoted and he continued with his ways until they moved him over to the other side of the house, which is where you sign up. If you think you are getting personalize service you are wrong there as well.

If you do sign up with them then you have to stay on top of them use their escalating letters which do nothing at all except passify you into thinking they are actually doing something more in your case. Not the case. Same thing... They will send out other letters. This is a letter sending company that hides behind an attorney. The paralegals are not paralegals at all. It is nothing but a call center.

Buyer beware... All you are getting is a letter writing company. If you want a discount, just say that you want to cancel. Make sure that you call no later than 13 days after your last payment to avoid a last payment. I saw clients that were with them for over one year and items were still on their reports. So if you do not stay on top of them they will continue to pull your payment from your account and letters will be sent with minimal results.
