Complaint / review text:
We have known Mehmet Gundu from Manpower Recruitment as business collegea's at the World Trade Center in Amsterdam. As an old female employee I really mis him. I really need a personal touch again, even if his work lacks sometimes professionality, it does not matter. The other females and males missed him too, good luck in South-Holland at Manpower. We know where you work and take care. He's Turkish and sometimes not that good in communicating as a consultant. We hope after the many complaints he will find a better position in South-Holland for his career. Especially men from Africa and till quite extent from Middle-East have problems communicating with people from Western Europe.
It's not only the information but also they way you cummunicate with each other, the message is always very important. Be polite, mannerd, patient and accept flaws and mistakes. Because if clients are not satisfied you have a problem as a consultant and lose profit. Unfortunately Manpower can not always see everything happening in their offices but we had to give Mehmet Gundu a shift. He was shouting and attacking to a female client during phone calls at the first time. He promised the Dutch girl a lot on paper but in real it was quite different.
This is not the way how it go's in the Netherlands, perhaps in Turkey but not in Manpower. Luckily someone gave the complaint because the Dutch girl was afraid of being mentally harrased again. If these situations happens in a trustworthy company like Manpower you might think are all the employees fair from foreigner countries, or do they hide their weakeness. A lot of people in the Netherlands don't complain because they don't think it would help. We in the Netherlands are soft from character and are left thinkers and often forget the hard facts.
