Complaint / review text:
I went in for service to balance my two front tires. I was treated OK by the management. The employees working on the car, I asked to inflate the tires prior to balancing and they did so with a little persuasion. Upon installing the tires, they used an air gun on the car that required only 76 pounds of torque to tighten the wheels. They then used a click Stop torque wrench and forced it way beyond where the click was. I ended up taking it to another shop and have the tires loosened and which were WAY over tightened and retorqued to the proper torque. This is a tire shop after all and they should know how to install tires, but apparently, they don't. They need additional training. I would not recommend taking your car there to have tire work done or they might break something else that requires proper torque.
