I would avoid Maxcare at any expense. I am the owner of a shop who recently did repairs for a customer who has a Maxcare extended warranty. They are extremely hard to deal with, they don't want to cover any repairs, and they don't like to pay the repair facility after work has been completed. Waiting on hold with them take hours from your day. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. You have been warned!!!
