FedEx now passes packages to USPS for delivery. UPS cares about getting rid of packages (delivering to customers, attempting 3 times).
FedEx used to be the same. However, now that FedEx passes packages on to the post office for final delivery, all customer service is GONE. My mail man did NOT attempt to deliver my package, instead just left a slip in the mail box. He never retrieved the slip.
I am now told that I have to pick up the package because USPS does not have to deliver packages.
I am also told that I now owe an additional $9.00 because the package was forwarded to a different post office. So now, not only do I have to pick up the package, I owe an additional $9.00 if I want my package!!
