Bought a used 2012 Monico Knight from General RV in Orange Park, Fl. 2nd trip out we noticed the super slide cable was fraying.
Sat down with Service Writer on Wed. And he said bring it in and they would have it worked on by Fri. Of that week. 3 weeks later it still has not been worked on.
They claim they couldn't find our insurance information that they sold us. They failed to order the part because of the insurance issue of their own making. They told me the part was ordered over 2 weeks ago and on it's way when in fact they ordered it this week. The part is now in and they can't tell me when it will be serviced as they work on new sales customers first.
We were new customers 2 months ago?
We will not be going through this again with General RV. They make promises they can't keep?
