This company is by far the worst in customer service that I have EVER dealt with. None of their people are trained as far as pricing / how often device gets changed / the state requirements. No one has the same story twice. We have been charged 6 different prices and now due to the cold weather, we have to replace the device or be subject to non-compliance. Anything to make a $, this company is all about the cash and screwing the customer. A little education of operators would go a long way and it would be nice to be charged a flat fee instead of whatever the person you are talking to decides to charge you. And RUDE! My goodness... You shouldn't be in customer service if you can't use a civil tone and your supervisors can't refrain from swearing at the customers. The interlock device itself is a great tool. However I strongly recommend using it's competitor. Prices are a little higher at the competition but all of their operators seem to be trained and they charge the same price each time the device has to be changed.
