I leased a car from Drivetime in Denver, CO in September! On 21Nov, two months after purchase, the car broke down! Had to pay to have it towed home! A week later the only drivetime service center in my area could get my car in, thus an additional tow expense! The car needed the ENGINE replaced after two months of me having the car! Car was in shop for over a month being repaired, leaving me with car rental expenses! Car broke down again, radiator issue now!
I've paid more money out of pocket for this vehicle, including warranty deductibles, car rentals and towing expenses! They don't seem to care that I was sold a car, with the wrong battery and an engine replacement and now a radiator problem! I work in customer service and I am one of the most patient ppl, but this is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life! I get used cars will have problems, but really, a whole new engine after 2 months! And a radiator problem in less than 4 months! The car spent more time not driveable than I was even able to "enjoy" it! And customer service did nothing to correct the problem! The WORST service ever!!!
