PAID $47.82 for expedited overnight delivery with FedEx. BIG MISTAKE.
Failed to deliver the package. The FedEx staff DID NOT CARE. They offered NO SOLUTIONS. I would forgive them for making a mistake. They refuse to try to make it right and they just don't care. This is just wrong!!!
The package was in town by 8:10 am at the sorting center, but the FedEx team did not get it on a truck for delivery. Did not deliver that afternoon. Did not deliver the NEXT MORNING. Finally brought the package in the afternoon as the training was ending.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT TELLS ME THAT I HAVE TO WAIT 6 DAYS BEFORE THEY WILL CONSIDER DISCUSSING A REFUND. WHAT??? They don't care about customers and all they offer is excuses. Nobody is empowered to try to fix the situation or to offer something to try to make things right.
DETAILS: Placed an overnight order with FedEx on March 3 for training workbooks to be delivered on March 4 by 10:30 am. FedEx received the package in Houston, TX by 8:10 am on March 4 as planned. It was to be delivered to the customer by 10:30 am that morning.
However, FedEx did not deliver the package in the morning nor in the afternoon. After several calls which wasted two hours, FedEx promised to deliver the package by 8am on March 5. FedEx did not deliver the package on the 2nd day (even though they had been told repeatedly that the workbooks were critical to the training event). They DID NOT deliver by 10:30 on the DAY AFTER they were supposed to arrive. They finally dropped the package at 2:00PM AFTER the training event was pretty much done.
