Complaint / review text:
I am totally disgusted and fed up with FedEx. I was supposed to receive a package on 3/20/15 which I specifically detailed to pick up at the FedEx office. I left work early to make it to the FedEx office but my package never arrived. Why? Why? I don't understand why you would not notify me earlier via phone call, email or text so that I would know not to take the trip all the way to that specific office. But no, I never received any information but what was on the tracking information that the package was being delivered. No information was conveyed to me at all until I read on the tracking information at 6 am that the package will not be delivered until Monday 3/23 but know it states 3/24/15.
Earlier today, I called the FedEx representative and he told me that he didn't know what to tell me and didn't know when the package would be delivered as he kept stating, "We do apologize for the inconvenience". Furthermore, it's totally irresponsible to indicate on the tracking information that customer was not available because I was available to pick up the package at the FedEx station/office. Totally 100% disappointed customer.
