Complaint / review text:
After my initial phone conversation with Danny Gilder, in which I told him the location where my horse was to be picked up, I heard nothing more from him until 10 o'clock the night before he was due to leave, when he asked me if I could get my horse to another city 4 HOURS AWAY... By the next day!
I had to make rush arrangements to do this, only to find that his driver then showed up a day and a half late to pick the horse up from there.
There was only one phone call during the whole 5 day trip, (at my insistence, from one of the drivers), and they LOST MY TOTE CONTAINING OVER $600 WORTH OF BLANKETS AND MEDICINE.
Again, Danny failed to even respond to my phone calls and text messages.
Fortunately my horse arrived at the given destination, but they obviously didn't use his blankets during the trip, going from 85 degree weather to freezing.
I would never go near this company again.
