I bought a pair of LED tail lights for my Chevy from Xtralights. When I received them, I found a crack on one of the lights.
I called Xtralights immediately for a replacement. After waiting for five minutes on hold, I got connected to Xtralights customer care service. A really nice lady took my call who was very patient while listening to my problem. She, then, transferred my call to the respective department where all my details were noted and my request for replacement was processed.
They sent me the return labels in next few days and I shipped out the lights right away. Everything was great up to this part. Then, I had to wait around for two weeks in order to finally receive the replacement order. I understand that it takes some time, but THIS much?
Two weeks to ship something within the country is absolutely ridiculous. Although, not exactly happy with my experience, I will be using Xtralights in the future and it will be solely because of Xtralights excellent customer support.
