I placed an order with a retailer on Thursday, May 21,2015 and paid for FedEx Overnight service. I knew the order would not be shipped until the next business day (Friday, May 22nd) and that I would not receive the order until Tuesday, May 26th, due to the Memorial Day holiday falling on Monday, May 25th. I waited all day for my delivery on Tuesday, May 26th. FedEx DID NOT show up! When I called, they said the package would be delivered on Wednesday, May 23rd! OR..."I could drive to one of their hubs and pick up the package myself." Are you kidding me? That's why I paid $25.00 for overnight service! I told the FedEx agent I spoke with to return the package to the retailer and I would get a full refund. Thanks for nothing, FedEx! If you are not going to provide overnight service, STOP ADVERTISING IT!!! Overnight means OVERNIGHT! I rate FedEx a -100 (negative 100) for my package not arriving in time. Thanks to you, I now have to burn gas and hope to find the items I found online, which YOU COULD NOT MANAGE TO DELIVER IN TIME!
