Dreadful bank. Very rude manager at Dewsbury branch-very immature young woman who thinks she can shout at and insult her customers.
Dreadful. Complained to Chief Executive Nathan Boston and 7 months later despite many phone calls and visits to the branch my letter has still not been acknowledged! Also don't expect any help in getting your money back if you claim... Three months later and no help at all! Dewsbury manager Miss Kelly is so rude, insensitive and insulting.
I was even told by a member of staff at the branch to complain to the ombudsman as he thought i was treat dreadfully.
Doesn't that speak volumes?! Do not go there. Yorkshire Bank infinitely better!
