My husband (who is disabled) and I traveled to Israel to see family and friends. After an exhausting flight full of delays and near missed connections we arrived in Israel exhausted.
We found the Hertz kiosk (my husband fell and was assisted by several people) and the fellow managing the desk was very kind offering us water. I was quoted $373.00 for my two week vacation that I booked through Hertz on-line. At the Hertz desk in Israel the "gentleman" insisted I take insurance as my insurance was not valid in Isarel. I was charged over $400 more for insurance I didn't want.
I feel they deceived me and am refusing to pay that much extra.
