Bad customer service for passport application

Complaint / review text:
I called the local post office in Ashburn VA (Prentice drive) to make appointment for passport two weeks in advance. Nobody picked up the phone, so I left messages on two different days (two weeks in advance for the appointment date of June 17).

I left my phone number as contact. I took a day off from work to get in the passport application only to be told that I had no appointment and could not be taken in. I talked to Post Master but he was not apologetic for anything. He said I should have talked to a person who notes down the appointments in a book.

But how? In addition, I wanted to make an appointment for my son two weeks later and I was told that they cannot make the appointment because they have a rule of taking in appointment for only two weeks at a time.

So I have to come on June 19 to make an appointment for the week of June 29! What a service!!
