THE worst experience imaginable. LOW QUALITY.
Terrible customer service. Little to no inter-office communication. Break-down, after break-down, after break-down. This company cares about the sale and receiving their monthly payments.
You, as a consumer, are of no importance. Recommendation: do not do it, turn back before it is too late. If a purchase is made... Tack on that warrenty too.
You will need it, no doubt about it. Although, it maynot cover all of the work one will need on their newly purchased lemon.
(Personal experience... Not starting after one month, hole in radiator after two/three months, and needing a new motor after ten/eleven months.) CARMAX=AWFUL.
Zero willingness to resolve customer dissatisfaction. Corporate re-refers you to a Carmax location.
Purchased vehicle without full disclosure of vehicle condition and history. Will not even look at vehicle. Again, Carmax cared about the sale. That is their bottom line.
Providing excellent customer service and vehicles they can back? Not even on their radar. Carmax, you have lost one customer (as soon as I can manuever a way out of the trap you laid) and you have lost hundreds of potential customers from the long chain of friends, family, coworkers, and acquaintances that are within this dissatisfied customer's reach.
I normally am not one to put much effort into complaints. However, your inability to be any resemblance of a decent company has motivated this customer into advising others against going through the same mistake that is your company.
