Complaint / review text:
I have had all 4 of my tires blow out and cause extensive damage to my car all at separate time and well within the warranty period. I was told to file a claim with Yokohama Geolander, and the place I purchased the tires from called the manufacturer of the Yokohama Geolander Tires and they told them the info I needed to go file a claim with them for the damages to my vehicle. They also were told to send the tire that had been replaced that day to them for testing, and a few months later after the claim was filed, I received a letter stating the blowout was due to over inflation of my tire.
I know this is not true due to the fact that now I have had my spare tire in which has been replaced at the same time of the last blowout due to the fact they replaced the wrong tire to start out and cut my spare tire off and had left my blown out tire in the rear of my car. So they replaced both tires that day and now my spare tire, which was only used once, decided to just blow out on the back of my Isuzu for no reason and had total separation down the center of my tire. So I think they need to pay for all damages my car has sustained due to their faulty tires because there is no way that was due to over inflation and hitting any bumps. I don't believe they ever really did any testing. I think they are just outright screwing people out of their hard-earned money.
