I chose ProtectMyCar because they gave me the best price, but filing a claim with them was very difficult. They say, "Take it anywhere you like", and when the dealership's price is a little too high, they want you to take it somewhere else. There was a lack of communication with the personnel who was taking the claim and you'd have to keep going back and forth with them.instead of them calling you, you have to continue to call them to stay on top of it. There was a time where I was out of a vehicle for three weeks but they give you up to seven days on a rental. I can't get in a rental until they confirm it, and that makes it by the week. From my experience with ProtectMyCar, find someone else.
