I am very dissatisfied with FedEx delivery service. I have been tracking a package that was scheduled for delivery on 1/12/10. I have noticed an "exception" was entered twice referring to nobody being home for delivery on a package that doesn't require a signature. We have been home waiting for this package (which does not require a signature and can be left). I have made several calls to FedEx in reference to the package and was assured it would be delivered and I'm still waiting. They were not sure why it wasn't delivered the previous day. I know the driver never attempted to deliver the package because we were home and secondly, they never left a slip either day that they claimed they tried to deliver. I called FedEx customer service again and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that they were busy at the moment and would return my call in 15 minutes. Of course, that never happened.
