I purchased my car back in February. Well, as of March, I noticed my my engine light came on. I then took the car back to the dealer who gave me the claims number to call. He also suggested to take it to Advance Auto. Now it's 31/2 months later, and I'm getting the run-around over getting my car fixed. I contacted the claims department, and they referred me to G&H auto shop. When I took my car there, I had to pay fifty dollars for the guy to look at the car. Then after he checked the car out, he told me that he couldn't do anything and to it take it back to Drivetime.

I then called Drivetime, which told me to call the claims number again. I did, and the first guy I spoke with said that the paper that the guy faxed to them with the problem on the car wasn't covered. Then I called them back and spoke with a lady who referred me to Cottman on Blanding Blvd. I showed him the paper that the guy gave us, and he said that everything on that paper was not relevant for my car.

It's all wrong. I'm not experiencing any of those problems, and it's not my transmission. He said it's my engine, so he referred me to an engine guy next door to him. I'm getting the run-round, and I only had my car for 3 1/2 months. My car is still under warranty.

I'm five months with a four-year-old son. I'm scared that the car will stop while were driving to school and work. I can't drive it on the highway, and I still have to pay a car note every two weeks when I work as needed. I worry that I might be paying for a car that won't move and I end up losing my job.
