I was given a complementary wheel alignment check with my purchase of 4 new tires. I was then told that the front end needs to be aligned when in fact, it didn't as I then had it checked by another local alignment shop. I was sold an oil change and lube. I didn't get a lube and was told there were no fittings on my truck when in fact, I had personally lubed a grease fitting on each side of the front end. During the lube job, I asked the manager to ask the mechanic to check the transfer case to the 4-wheel drive. The mechanic walked back to the rear differential and looked at it, then wiped it off and walked away.

I was told that my brake fluid needed replacing and showed how bad it was when compared to a swatch of new brake fluid. I said yes at a $49.99 brake fluid change and all they did was suck the fluid through a handheld suction pump into a bucket and then poured less than a quart of fluid back into the reservoir. I watched this all take place from the bay door! One year before I sent my wife to get a set of tires at the same Tire Kingdom location and she was also told she needed a front end alignment after buying 4 new tires. She called me on the phone. I asked her if her car was swerving or pulling and she said no, but they had her concerned so I said go ahead with the procedure. I can only think that Tire Kingdom lied and stole from her like they did to me.
