Complaint / review text:
This is not a complaint about the dealership, or the individuals that I have ever dealt with, the complaint is about the vehicle itself.in March of 2007, I purchased a 2007 Chevy Cobalt from Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix Arizona. I have had nothing but problems with this car from the shifter popping off, to the passenger door handle, just coming off in my hand when I went to open the door, to the steering on this car.
I have had the steering fixed twice on this car already, and now I had to pay $105.00 diagnostic fee to Sands Chevrolet in Glendale Arizona for them to tell me it would cost another $850.00 to fix the steering once again. I cannot afford this fee, so does that mean I have to continue driving a car that is unsafe?
I don't understand why there hasn't been some recall. Where is your company's appreciation towards consumers? I really would appreciate an explanation as to why GM sells a vehicle, that has so many steering problems, and will not own up to their mistakes, and fix these cars for the safety of their consumers.
