I have had to take my 2008 Chevrolet Malibu to the deal...

I have had to take my 2008 Chevrolet Malibu to the dealership over 7 times for service. The issues are continuous and seem to reappear and continuously happen. When taking the vehicle back, it is explained that no one should be going through this many return trips for service for the same issue. I have complained of the vehicle not moving in reverse or strike at all. The SVC ESC light, SVC Traction light and ESC OFF come on regularly.

The dealership, Matthew Hargreaves, has told me that they would purchase the vehicle from me. That's fine, but I need to be placed in an equivalent position. The dealership hasn't been in recent contact within this week regarding the vehicle or about the purchase of another vehicle. I have started to realize that the dealership may not intend to help me get into another vehicle. At this point they feel that their end of the bargain is over and done. This is not the case.
