Complaint / review text:
I returned my 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan for a leak in the exhaust system. The A/C was not working properly and the transmission was not working correctly. The dealer said there is nothing they can do since I didn't purchase an extended warranty. They want to charge me for repairs. I'm paying $16,500 for the van. I can't believe Dodge would do business with a dealer that doesn't take care of the customer. I would understand if I had the car for a year and was driving it a lot, but I have driven it twice since I bought it.
