Complaint / review text:
I ordered a package from a UK site, and fedex recieved the information on the 30th of august, it's now the 7th of september, and i am STILL waiting for it. When i track it on their website, i can see it's out for delivery every day on the fedex truck, but then it will say "future delivery requested" after i've waited all day.
This happend monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and today friday. I keep calling them, and all they do is track it themselves on their website, and tell me "Today it will definately come to your house" - only other option i have, other than wait at my house every day all day, is go pick it up at a city 100 kilometers from my home.
This is outragous, and i will complain every way i can, and i will not let this go. I want some compensation for skipping school to be at home to recieve my package.
