Complaint / review text:
DHL mis-coded the destination pin of the parcel I wanted to send to a University with my acceptance letter and few more documents which had a deadline.
Document was sent to Mexico and it was supposed to go to USA.
The error is completely at DHL's end and the cost of late delivery will have impact on my whole career plan i. E. Getting into a university or not.
Now the document is lying in wrong area for last 3-4 days even after my consistent complaints.
All they have to say is we have raised the request and even there online tracking system is screwed up.
Sometime I see update from USA and the other time I see from Mexico.
