An update to all the readers. Since my previous report nothing happened except numerous telephone calls with the aim to frustrate. Their idea of service is to have a meeting to discuss the matter. An agreement was reached on 29 Jan 2013 which to date BMW has not honoured. I cannot see the reason to have another meeting for the sake of a meeting. They were informed the next meeting is when they delivery on the agreement. Since then - only silence... So much for good service. It is a shame that they try to fool the customer with pseudo responses. Germany was also contacted with the same response - long delays without positive action.
