Complaint / review text:
I was told by the shipper that my package would arrive on Friday. I tracked my package online and received my updates.
When my package reached Cincinnati there were no more updates. So I waited, 16 hours later still no new update. I called customer service who stated that I should still receive my package on Friday (today). So I waited another 6 hours and called back.
The rep then told me that my package had been lost and they will file a lost/misplaced report and call me later. I have upset customers calling me for their supplies. I spent my day waiting for hours for a package that they now can't find.
Never had this problem with UPS. Never.
