Complaint / review text:
I took my car into service on sat 052408. I knew there maybe something things wrong with it since i have not taken it in for service in about a yr.
Well, the asst service manager, jose juan, told me that there are several things wrong with the car. I was prepared for that. I paid for the full inspection of my car @ this time there was nothing wrong with radiator when I pick up the car on 052708, the car was wrong great for just a couple of days. This morning I noticed smoke coming out of my engine.
Now jose tells me that I need a new radiator and it would cost me 500.00 to fix. And I also notice that the rattling sound was not looked @. I was outraged. They had my car for 2 full days.
I had no problems with my radiator prior to taking it in for service. I felt i was cheated. I did not pay for them to replace the radiator. I bought the radiator (new) for 85.00.
I dont think I will be taking my car here for service any more.
I am going to find another place to service my car.
