Complaint / review text:
The WORST delivery company that i have ever seen. From the July 1st is supposed to drop off me merchandise and today is July 5th and still dont have it in my warehouse.
I call every day since then and always they tell me that for sure the next day is scheduled the delivery. I never received it, but when i call him today asking for any reasonable answer, the customer services representative tells me that my package does not appear. HELLO!!! How is possible that a big box with around 560 pounds and which must be almost the size of a regular sedan car is lost?
Every day that passes without my equipment my company does not earn money. And the worst is that no longer is when you can have it with me.
Any company or person that is thinking to send any load through Southeaster Freight Lines should reconsider... Thanks
