My Hermes parcel service collected my parcel from me to deliver to it`s destination. 5 days later i see on the tracking that my parcel was still at my hermes hub.
I querried this with my hermes, they said they have LOST my parcel, they cannot find it. I wrote a complaints letter to them and nothing happened. When i asked about thier booking in system they said " it`s not always possible to keep track of everyones parcel that comes through my hermes. From June 2013 to date i am still fighting my hermes for my parcel.
I told them i think someone in thier hub has stolen my parcel, they said" please send a tracking number so we can assist you". I still have no result from my hermes, i` am so annoyed & frustrated & upset about this. What can i do???
