Complaint / review text:
I bought a Vodacom recharge voucher at Sasol garage Dorandia in Pretoria north. The voucher was for R110 I failed to recharge voucher for two weeks. The said part about the whole thing ended up being unable to submit my assignment on the 30/03/15 because of that voucher and I had to go and consult in order to save myself. Vodacom told me to return the voucher where I bought it and ask for my money or a proper voucher cause if they recharge it from their side after a while it sends me a massage saying I have zero balance, but it shows that the voucher is still valid. I took the voucher back and the manager said I had to wait for her to claim the money I will get my money back after they have been paid back the money from the supplier. When I ask she said it might take up to six months. All I need is my money back and I need to know who is going to compensate me my money back that I have wasted by going to see a doctor while I'm not sick. I feel that Sasol garage has made me spend un-necessary. Please I need your help in order to resolve this matter. Since I left the voucher on the 31/03/15 I have not received any update from the store till today.
