Complaint / review text:
I was late on my payment by 50 days, and the car was repoed. I was unaware they had not received my payments.
They would not work with me in anyway, and would not allow me to speak with a supervisor after I asked and asked and asked. I was told that the situation had not escalated to the point of where a supervisor could be reached.
What can cause an escalation for the supervisor to answer the phone other than a customer specifically saying over and over again that they want to speak with a supervisor??? They will not work with me in any way.
