Complaint / review text:
Supposed to get a delivery today Saturday. Checked tracking it said customer not available or business closed - incorrect I was home most of the day no doorbell nothing.
So I called the customer service number for FedEx. Woman said it was marked it as a business, she was very nice put me on hold to change it to a home address. After a long while on hold, she said someone was from FedEx will deliver on their way home after 5 P.M. I said I needed to leave within the next half hour.
She said that would be fine since the package was able to be left because it required no signature. Anyway so now I'm home. After 5 pm. No package left.
So I went back online to customize delivery to be left at a FedEx location. Total and I'm really pissed - All I wanted was it corrected from FedEx error of business to my home. I also didn't request them to come back, just wanted my delivery the next business day which would be Monday. Now I have to go pick it up at a FedEx location.
It was too little beads in my package for a bracelet. Un freakin believable!!!
