I ordered weatherTech floor mats from Carid about a month ago and still have not received them. When placing the order they told me the front and second row mats were in stock but the rear mat would have to be shipped from the east coast.
A week went by and still had not received a tracking number, so I called and they sent me estimated shipping date, but still no tracking number. Two weeks had gone by so I called again and they sent me a tracking number for the rear mat. I revieved the rear mat about two and half weeks after placing the order (which was the mat they did not have in stock) but still had not revieved a tracking number for the front and second row mats. At this point I was pissed! I called several times demanded a tracking number, they told me they would contact the manufacturer and request it (what the were they doing for three weeks?)
After yelling and screaming at them for there poor customer service, they finally sent me tracking number shipping the front and second rows mats (which were supposedly in stock) This was three weeks from the date I placed the order.
My biggest complaints are why they did not notify me regarding my order status and lie to me about shipping dates.
This company will lie to you just to have you place a order with them and once you do, they will don't care what happens with your items. I will never do business with company again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from them.
